Building and Building Services - Seller does not share any building or building services with Seller's Marketing Affiliates. A card key is required to access the office space that Seller's personnel occupy in its main facilities in Houston. The card key access system prohibits access by Marketing Affiliate personnel to seller’s Houston facilities. Marketing Affiliate personnel, as with non-affiliated visitors, may enter Seller's office space after registering with a receptionist and providing identification, but no card key is provided and they must be escorted by Seller's personnel.
Computer Systems - Seller and its Marketing Affiliates
share a Wide Area Network, and share access to servers on which corporate
support-related systems, such as the human resources system, and the
financial enterprise resource planning system (which supports finance,
accounting, planning and forecasting, and reporting functions) are
maintained. Access to any transmission system information and non-affiliated
shipper information on those shared resources is restricted by organizational
roles and the use of access control mechanisms (such as user ids, passwords,
data view) to ensure that employees of Seller's Marketing Affiliates do not
have access to that information. The remaining servers where transmission
system information and non-affiliated shipper information is maintained are
not shared with Seller's Marketing Affiliates. Access to those servers is
restricted by the use of network segmentation and access control mechanisms
(such as user ids, passwords, data view) to ensure that employees of Seller's
Marketing Affiliates do not have access, except that Seller's Marketing
Affiliates have access to transmission-related information through Seller's
1Line System in the same manner, and under the same terms and conditions, as
Seller's non-affiliated shippers. |
