Subject: 1Line Extended Outage April 12, 2024, 10 PM CST to April 13, 2024, 6 AM CST

For the past two years, the 1Line system has undergone a modernization effort to move the application to Azure Cloud.  The benefits of having 1Line in the Cloud will allow the application and architecture to evolve and allow 1Line to offer new and improved products and services soon.

On April 12, 1Line will move to Azure Cloud.

1Line will need a prolonged extended outage to perform the system changes.  As a result of this planned update, the system will be unavailable:

Friday, April 12, 2024, from 10:00 pm - Saturday, April 13, 2024, 6:00 am CST  

We have chosen these non-peak hours to perform this update to help reduce the impact on you. We are notifying you in advance of the planned update to help minimize any inconvenience and so that you may plan accordingly. 

Please note that the portal will also be affected by this outage and unavailable for the same times mentioned above. 

NOTE: The only change 1Line users should experience is that 1Line sessions have been changed to give a warning at 15 minutes of an idle session and will end a user’s session if no movement at the 30-minute mark.

As 1Line adjusts to the new cloud environment, there may arise the need to take additional outages.  We hope to limit the outages to our nightly non-peak times, however, should short 10 min outages be needed during business hours, we will make every effort to not interrupt access during critical periods.
